Why’s it called “Root & Reflect?”

Great question.

Our roots begin with a connection to the soul - or to the self, if you lean more technical. That connection, by nature, also entails a bond with the Earth. This journal is designed to encourage self-reflection and support personal growth. My hope is that as we continue to evolve, humanity will move away from mindless pollution and begin to weave more life, intention, and care into our everyday existence.
